nAbout Us
nWe manufacture technical textiles and geosynthetic products (like Geogrids, Geocells, and Drainage solutions) that are used to reinforce soil, stabilize roads, and support large infrastructure projects. We're BIS and triple-ISO certified. Since our products are highly technical and go into critical civil projects, our sales process isn't just about quoting prices—it's about understanding the engineering behind the requirement and proving our product works.

nThe Role
nWe need a Techno-Commercial Engineer who understands civil and geotechnical engineering but also knows how to sell. You won't just be sitting behind a desk running calculations, and you won't just be making cold calls. Your main job is to look at a client's project (for example, a highway retaining wall or a pavement subgrade), figure out which of our geosynthetic products solves their problem,



and then put together a solid commercial proposal to win the business.

nWhat You'll Actually Be Doing
nTechnical Pitching: Meeting with civil contractors, project consultants, and government engineers to explain how our products work and why they meet the project's technical specs.

nDesign & Estimation: Looking at site data, soil mechanics, and standard codes (IRC, MoRTH) to recommend the right product. You need to know enough to talk shop with consulting engineers.

nBidding & Proposals: Preparing the actual bids and tenders for private and government infrastructure projects. This means calculating costs, managing margins, and putting the paperwork together. Closing Deals: Following up on proposals, negotiating terms, and actually bringing the revenue in.

nMarket Feedback: Keeping an ear to the ground. If a competitor is pushing a current spec or a major NHAI project is coming up, you need to know about it and tell the team.
