Job Title: Creative Director Branding Team

Role Overview:
Indira University is seeking a visionary and strategic Creative Director to lead its Branding Team. This role is pivotal in shaping and elevating the University’s brand identity across all platforms. The incumbent will drive creative excellence, oversee brand communication strategies, and ensure consistent, high-impact visual and content storytelling aligned with the institution’s premium positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen the University’s positioning and visibility.
- Oversee all creative outputs including digital campaigns, print collaterals, social media content, website creatives, and event branding.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity, tone, and messaging across all internal and external communications.
- Manage and mentor the creative team including designers, content writers, and external agencies.
- Collaborate closely with marketing,



admissions, and leadership teams to align branding with business objectives and enrollment goals.
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact campaigns for admissions, events, and institutional promotions.
- Drive innovation in design, storytelling, and digital engagement to enhance brand recall and differentiation.
- Review and approve creative deliverables, ensuring quality, originality, and adherence to timelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in branding and design.
- Manage vendor relationships including agencies, printers, and media partners.
