- Handle and process Jewellery Insurance Claims from registration to settlement.n
- Manage Fire & Property Insurance Claims , including documentation and follow-ups.n
- Coordinate and conduct meetings with insurance companies and surveyors regarding claims.n
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with insurance companies and surveyors .n
- Follow up tactfully with insurance companies, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure claims progress smoothly.n
- Ensure required work and documentation is completed tactfully and efficiently while maintaining professional relationships.n
- Coordinate with clients and provide clear updates regarding claim status, requirements, and documentation.n
- Handle client queries professionally and maintain positive communication and rapport with clients .n
