nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally and Zoho Books n
- Maintain and reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable n
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage routine banking operationsn
- Handle GST filings and ensure TDS compliance n
- Assist in preparation and basic finalization of Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets n
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures n
- Prepare, maintain, and organize accounting records and documentationn
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in accounting systemsn




- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for financial clarificationsn
- Effectively multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentn

nKey Skills & Requirements
n
- n
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce or a related fieldn
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experiencen
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)n
- Hands-on experience with Tally and Zoho Books n
- Solid understanding of AP, AR, and banking transactions n
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS , and applicable tax regulationsn
- Basic understanding of account finalization, P&L;, and Balance Sheet n
- Excellent time management and organizational skills n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesn
- Good Communication Skillsn
