Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced

Application & Production Support professional

with 3–6 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, with mandatory experience in

AML applications/processes .
The candidate should have solid hands-on expertise in

Linux/Unix, SQL, and APIs , along with experience in production monitoring, incident management, application troubleshooting, batch/job monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and operational support for

AML / transaction monitoring applications .
Monitor application availability, alerts, APIs, interfaces, scheduled jobs, and production parameters.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform initial investigation, impact analysis, and root-cause analysis.
Use

SQL

for data validation, investigation, and troubleshooting.
Use

Linux/Unix

commands for log analysis, application monitoring, and troubleshooting.




Troubleshoot and validate

REST APIs and API integrations .
Monitor batch jobs and identify failures, exceptions, and operational issues.
Perform daily

EOD/EOM

activities and production checks.
Manage incidents, service requests, and user queries through ticketing tools.
Coordinate with Application, Database, Infrastructure, Middleware, and other technical teams.
Provide timely updates to users and stakeholders and escalate complex issues when required.
Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
Participate in

BCP/DR

drills and ensure adherence to SLAs and production support processes.

Required Experience & Skills
3–6 years of experience

in Application Support / Production Support / IT Operations.
Mandatory:

Experience supporting

AML applications/processes .
Strong hands-on experience in

Linux/Unix .
Strong hands-on experience in

SQL
