Role OverviewnWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive sales of medical devices and related services across Delhi/NCR .
nThe role involves engaging with clinics and hospitals, developing customer relationships, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, and identifying opportunities for business growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilitiesn

- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and relevant product information to doctors and healthcare professionals.n
- Develop and execute sales strategies for medical devices across clinics and hospitals.n
- Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.n
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other key stakeholders.n




- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue objectives.n
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and share relevant market insights with the team.n
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline.n
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, commercial discussions, and payment collection as required.n
- Ensure timely reporting and compliance with company policies and processes.n

Skills & Qualificationsn
- n
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.n
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Medical Devices, Pharma, Healthcare Sales, or a related industry.n
- Experience in doctor engagement, hospital/clinic sales, or institutional sales preferred.n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.n
- Ability to understand and effectively present medical device
