About the job

We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team in Mumbai. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients — generating leads, qualifying prospects, and building a solid pipeline for programs like GRIT and SHARP. You'll work closely with our sales and research teams, gaining hands-on exposure to consultative, insight-led selling in a mission-driven organization.

Compensation: ₹2,40,000 - ₹3,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling and networking
2. Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
3. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Attio etc.)
