TIDEL Park Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary Intern to support the Company Secretarial and Compliance functions. The intern will gain practical exposure to corporate governance, statutory compliance, Board processes, secretarial documentation, and regulatory filings under the guidance of the Company Secretary.

Location: Taramani, Chennai
Type: Full-time (In office)
Timings: 10:00 am - 06:00 pm

Key Responsibilities
· Assist in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable rules and regulations.
· Assist in preparation and maintenance of statutory registers, records, and secretarial documents.
· Support the preparation of Board Meeting notices, agendas, minutes, resolutions, and related documentation.
· Assist with documentation for General Meetings and Committee Meetings.
· Support preparation and filing of statutory forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and other regulatory authorities, as applicable.
· Assist in maintaining records relating to shareholders, directors,



and company statutory matters.
· Assist in monitoring statutory compliance deadlines and maintaining compliance trackers.
· Support the Company Secretary in corporate governance and secretarial compliance activities.
· Assist in reviewing and organizing agreements, contracts, tenders, RFPs, and other corporate documents.
· Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, HR, Legal, Administration, and Management for compliance-related information.
· Assist in research on amendments to the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, MCA requirements, and other applicable laws, wherever relevant.
· Assist with documentation and compliance matters relating to subsidiaries, joint ventures, committees, and other corporate entities, as required.
· Perform other secretarial and administrative responsibilities assigned by the Company Secretary / Management.
