nRole Summary
nThe Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of interior fitout projects—from
nplanning for the final handover. This includes ownership of timelines, client relationships,
nfinancial performance, and execution quality.

nProject Planning & Control

- Develop and manage project schedules using Gantt charts and critical path planningn
- Track project health through KPIs and dashboardsn
- Identify risks early and implement corrective actionsn
- Manage change orders with schedule and budget impactn
- Conduct post-project reviewsn

nClient Ownership

- Act as primary point of contact for clientsn
- Manage approvals and milestone sign-offsn
- Resolve issues proactivelyn
- Drive client satisfaction and repeat businessn

nExecution & Coordination
