nOur sales team has completed its initial training and is actively engaging with prospective learners. We are looking for a leader who can provide daily guidance on the floor, strengthen sales conversations and personally help close sales.

nAbout the Role
n

nThis role combines team leadership with active selling. You will review calls, coach counsellors, handle objections, join supervisor calls and take ownership of team enrolments and revenue.
n

nWe need someone who can identify exactly where a conversation or deal is getting stuck—and help the team move it forward.

nKey Responsibilities

n* Lead daily sales activities with clear priorities, targets and follow-up plans.
n* Review calls and provide actionable feedback on discovery, programme positioning, objection handling and closing.
