The Chance
We are looking for a Director – Professional Services to lead and scale a high-performing Professional Services organization in Bangalore.

This is a senior leadership role combining customer engagement, solution architecture, enterprise delivery, technical leadership, commercial ownership and organization building.

The successful candidate will work closely with enterprise customers and collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Engineering,



Customer Success and global Professional Services teams to deliver complex technology and integration programs.

The role requires a leader who can operate at both strategic and execution levels — engaging with CIO/CTO-level stakeholders while remaining technically credible with Solution Architects, Technical Leads and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
Professional Services Leadership
- Lead and scale the India Professional Services organization.
- Establish a high-performance, customer-focused delivery culture.
- Own delivery of complex enterprise integration and transformation programs.
- Define and implement scalable delivery methodologies, governance frameworks and best practices.
- Establish strong governance around scope, timelines, quality, utilization, margins, risks and customer outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery productivity, predictability and customer satisfaction.
