Role Overview
We are looking for a hunter-driven Business Development Executive / Manager to drive new business growth for Calsoft in the US market. This role will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting opportunities across Calsoft’s core service offerings,
building strong relationships with decision-makers, and owning the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Product Engineering & IT services sales, a solid understanding of digital engineering and technology services, and a proven track record of new logo acquisition in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business opportunities and acquire current clients across the US market for Calsoft’s services portfolio
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting, qualification, discovery, proposal coordination, negotiation, and closure
- Build and manage relationships with CXOs, VP/Director-level stakeholders, engineering leaders, product leaders, IT heads, and procurement teams
- Position Calsoft’s service capabilities across Product Engineering, Cloud & DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/GenAI, QA/Automation, digital transformation, and managed servi
