Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Country Manager – Sales & Business Development to lead business growth, client relationships, sales strategy, and overall commercial activities within the assigned country/region.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Oil & Gas / Energy sector, with a proven track record in business development, tendering, client management, contract negotiation, and P&L; responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for the assigned country/region.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Lead tendering activities, including commercial evaluation, pricing, proposals, and negotiations.
- Develop strategic relationships with key Oil & Gas clients, NOCs, and major stakeholders.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance.




- Manage P&L;, budgets, costs, and commercial targets.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Technical teams for effective project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Sales, Business Development, and Operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, HSE requirements, and ethical business practices.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and industry events.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or skilled qualification in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 10–15+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Operations within the Oil & Gas / Energy sector.
- Proven experience in business development and revenue generation.
- Strong experience handling Oil & Gas clients and major stakeholders.
