About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Finance Executive with robust hands-on expertise in Tally and day-to-day finance & accounting operations.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably from a Fintech, BFSI, NBFC, lending, or financial-services organisation, with strong knowledge of accounting processes, reconciliations, statutory compliances, vendor management and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations using Tally.
- Record and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries accurately.
- Handle bank, ledger and vendor reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Process and verify vendor invoices, expense bills and payment requests.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records for all financial transactions.




- Assist in preparation of GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related data.
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoice verification, expense approvals and supporting documents.
- Assist in monthly closing activities, ledger scrutiny and outstanding analysis.
- Track and reconcile bank transactions, payment gateways and other financial collections, wherever applicable.
- Support management with finance-related reports, MIS and data analysis.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants and external stakeholders whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with internal finance processes, controls and documentation standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
