Position Title: Country Manager - Nepal

The incumbent will be hired under the rolls of Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd. & would be based at Kathmandu, Nepal as an expat.

Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd. is a ₹1,100+ Cr FMCG organization with a legacy in hair care and growing presence in personal care. With exports to more than 30 countries worldwide and wholly owned subsidiaries in Bangladesh and the Middle East, the company is poised to accelerate international growth and unlock new market opportunities.
Currently, International Business contributes approximately to 10% of the overall turnover, with major focus in Middle East , South East Asia and SAARC countries and has plans to scale its International Business operations in other significant geographies like the UK / EU and the Americas.
Nepal Cluster Business Overview:
Nepal is one of the core markets. The cluster is poised for an aggressive expansion in the next 2-3 years’ time.



With the acquisition of the Banjara brand in 2025 and aided by its core brands like Almond Drops Hair Oil and Coconut Oil, the company has aggressive plans of developing the Nepal cluster. Today, all the products in Nepal are available in all channels of General Trade, Modern Trade and E-Commerce. Almond Drops Hair Oil has leadership position in the Light Hair Oil category.
Role Purpose:
To lead and scale Nepal business, driving profitable growth across all regions and channels of the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue and EBITDA targets across in-country distributors and merchant exporters.
- Enhance availability of existing range in under-represented geographies
- Develop and execute acquisition-related product launches
- Prioritize and run in-country demand generation activities
- Strengthen E-Commerce channel across regions
- Create and review quality of execution metrices with critical distributors
- Actively drive cross-functional collab
