nJob Description
nWe are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to support end-to-end sales coordination, order processing and execution for our industrial business.
n

nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Handle end-to-end sales coordination from quotation preparation to order executionn
- Prepare and manage bid submission in various portals like SAIL, GeM, Ariba etc. n
- Maintain and update daily MIS reports for Sales & Execution (especially for Steel SBU)n
- Generate monthly and annual sales reports, project reports. n
- Manage purchase order processing and tracking n
- Coordinate with our partners and our logistic department for the execution of material. n




- Ensure effective communication with customers, partners, and foreign principals n

nRequired Skills & Experience
nCandidate should have good computer & ERP system knowledge and positive knowledge of commercial transactions.
n

nExperience in industrial sales support / customer coordination , preferably in capital equipment or industrial spares.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills n

nPreferred Industry Exposure
nCandidates with experience handling industrial customers or business accounts in the steel and heavy-industry sector will be preferred. Experience dealing with large steel manufacturers and industrial organizations is an advantage.
