NAbout the Opportunity
nSKF Industrial Limited is seeking a highly motivated CA Industrial Trainee to join its Finance & Accounting team. This role offers an excellent chance to gain practical exposure to end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes in a listed manufacturing company, providing valuable experience in financial accounting, reporting, compliance, controls, and month-end closing activities.
NThe trainee will work closely with experienced finance professionals and gain exposure to corporate accounting practices, financial statements, audit requirements, and business finance processes.
NKey Responsibilities:
NMonth-End and Year-End Closing

- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities. N
- Prepare and post journal vouchers (JVs) and adjustment entries. N
- Assist in timely closure of books and adherence to reporting timelines. N
- Review general ledger accounts and analyse variances. N

Provisions and Accounting Entries

- Prepare monthly accruals and provisions. N
- Support accounting for prepaid expenses and amortisation. N
- Ensure completeness andaccuracy of accounting records. N
- Assist in expense analysis and account reconciliations. N

nGeneral Ledger andTrial Balance Review

- Monitor and analyse General Ledger transactions. N
- Perform Trial Balance review and identify unusual movements. N
- Support account balancevalidations and balance sheet substantiation. N

nFinancial Reporting

- Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports. N
- Participate in financial reporting activities in compliance with Ind AS requirements. N
- Support preparation of schedules and disclosures for reporting purposes. N
