About the Position:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manager – Indirect Taxation to join our Finance Team, specializing in GST, Direct, and Indirect Taxation, as well as Internal Audits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations, accurate tax filings, GST reconciliation, and contributing to strategic tax planning.

Responsibilities:
1. GST Compliance and Filings:
- Prepare and file GST returns within stipulated deadlines.
- Reconcile GST data with books of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure proper Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims and handle GST refunds if applicable.

2. Direct and Indirect Taxation:




- Handle tax computations, filing of Income Tax Returns, and Advance Tax.
- Ensure compliance with TDS, TCS provisions, and timely filing of returns.
- Manage notices and assessments from tax authorities and respond promptly.

3. Tax Planning and Advisory:
- Identify tax-saving opportunities and implement effective tax strategies.
- Provide advisory on tax implications of business decisions and transactions.

4. Audit and Documentation:
- Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and tax assessments.

5. Regulatory Compliance:
Keep up-to-date with the latest amendments in GST, Income Tax, and other tax laws. o Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations as per financial regulations.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
Generate tax-related financial reports and MIS. Analyze financial statements for effective tax planning and optimization.
