Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead
Job Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days per week Work From Office)
Location: Hyderabad

About the Role:

We are hiring a hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead, based in India, to work alongside our India-based Technical Architect on Salesforce Core Platform and Experience Cloud solutions for our clients, with a robust focus on the nonprofit sector.
This is a player-coach role, not a ticket-taking one. You will be a trusted extension of the Technical Architect: shaping designs, making sound day-to-day technical decisions and owning the quality of what the team builds.
Our delivery philosophy is out-of-the-box first. We favour standard features, configuration and low-code tools, and only build custom where it earns its place. You still need deep technical skills — Apex, Lightning Web Components and integrations — to know when custom is justified, to build it well, and to challenge poor designs.
We are looking for a quality engineer who takes ownership and thinks like a consultant. You will work directly with ons
