N1. Student Acquisition & Enquiry Management

- Handle all incoming enquiries across channels including calls, emails, digital campaigns, and social media platforms N
- Manage and engage with walk-in enquiries, providing accurate programme information and counselling N
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups on all leads until closure N
- Convert qualified enquiries into enrolled students, achieving defined conversion targets N
- Maintain complete and accurate data capture of all enquiries within the CRM/system N
- Visit schools, colleges, and relevant institutions to promote diploma programmes, generate leads,



and build brand awareness N
- Represent the academy at education fairs, career events, and promotional activities N

n2. Student Onboarding & Experience

- Coordinate and manage student enrolment processes across diploma and short-term programmes N
- Support and conduct student onboarding and orientation sessions N
- Act as a primary point of contact for students, ensuring a smooth transition into the programme N
- Monitor student engagement and escalate attendance or participation concerns where required N
