nRole Overview

- ABusiness Tech is looking for a highly responsible, organized, proactive, and execution-focused Founder's Office Associate to work directly with the Founding Team.n
- This is a broad Executive Assistant / Secretary / Founder's Office / Coordination role and is not limited to project coordination.n
- The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that tasks, instructions, commitments, and priorities assigned by the Founding Team are properly executed and brought to closure .n
- The person will support the Founding Team in their day-to-day activities, coordinate with employees and senior stakeholders, manage schedules and meetings, track projects and tasks, prepare documentation, take meeting notes,



follow up on decisions, organize information, and handle other business requirements assigned by the Founders.n
- The candidate must demonstrate a very high level of ownership, accountability, confidentiality, follow-through, and responsibility .n
- The expectation is straightforward: If a task is assigned to you, you own it until it is completed. n

nExecutive & Founding Team Support

- Work directly with Founders and senior leadership on their daily priorities and business requirements.n
- Take ownership of tasks assigned by the Founding Team and ensure their timely completion.n
- Organize and prioritize requests, tasks, meetings, follow-ups, and commitments.n
- Coordinate internally and externally on behalf of the Founders when required.n
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, trackers, emails, meeting material, and other business information.n
