Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Techno Functional Consultant with 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation, configuration, testing, production support and payroll business processes.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR/Payroll teams, technical teams and project leadership to deliver scalable Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementations.
· Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct Fit-Gap analysis.
· Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll based on business and statutory requirements.
· Configure and support:

o Legislative Data Groups
o Legal Entities and Payroll Statutory Units
o Payroll Relationships
o Elements and Element Eligibility
o Earnings and Deductions
o Balances and Balance Feeds
o Payment Methods
o Payroll Costing
o Payroll Flow Patterns
o Calculation Cards
o Retro Pay
o QuickPay
o Payroll Calculation and Prepayments
o Payroll Reconciliation
· Handle end-to-end payroll processing and validation.
· Work on payroll costing, accounting and reconciliation with Finance/GL teams.
· Support data migration and validation activities.
· Prepare Functional Solution Design documents, configuration workbooks and functional specifications.
· Design and execute SIT, UAT, regression and parallel payroll testing.
· Participate in CRP, UAT, cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare activities.
· Analyze payroll calculation issues involving earnings, deductions, taxes, balances and payments.
