Role Overview
As a Part-Time Admission Counsellor, you will play a key role in driving sales of high-value technical courses for rail professionals. Your primary responsibility is to guide prospective students through the admission process, provide them with course information, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication and sales skills who are comfortable working remotely on weekends.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead Conversion: Contact and follow up with potential leads generated through marketing campaigns, inquiries, and referrals.
- Counselling: Provide detailed information on the technical courses offered, addressing queries and helping prospects understand the career benefits of enrolling in Zenith Rail Academy’s programs.
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive course enrollments by effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing concerns. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with prospective students by understanding their career aspirations and matching them to suitable programs.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain records of all interactions with prospective students in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
