nAbout the Role:
nThis role requires more than calendar management. You’ll work closely with the founders to
nenable high-quality decision-making, streamline daily operations, coordinate with internal and
nexternal stakeholders, and ensure the leadership team remains aligned, responsive, and effective.

nYou’ll be trusted with sensitive information, cross-functional coordination, and high-value
ncommunication, playing a critical role in maximizing leadership bandwidth across multiple
nventures.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across time zones.n
- Prioritize daily tasks and strategic commitments for the founding team.n
- Track key action items, decisions, and follow-ups across multiple ventures.n
- Prepare briefing notes, internal decks, and leadership documentation.n
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally.n
- Draft, proofread, and manage executive communication and correspondence.n
- Support confidential projects and assist with research or hiring tasks.n
- Handle travel planning, reimbursements, and office-related logistics.n
- Streamline executive workflows through process improvements and tools.n
- Maintain discretion and professionalism in managing sensitive information.n
