nWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager to drive business growth and manage sales operations across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, strengthening distribution channels, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring operational excellence while maintaining strong relationships with partners and customers.

- Drive revenue growth byachieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory. N
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Field Sales Executives to maximize performance and productivity. N
- Plan and execute field sales strategies to increase market penetration and customer acquisition. N
- Identify new business opportunities through regular market visits and customer interactions. N
- Build and maintain robust relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers. N
- Monitor territory performance,



sales trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. N
- Conduct regular field visits to coach team members, review performance, and ensure effective execution. N
- Ensure timely reportingof sales activities, pipeline updates, and business forecasts. N
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to deliver an excellent customer experience. N
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. N
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and sales guidelines. N

nRequired Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in General Insurance sales. N
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling or sales leadership. N
- Experience in managing multiple branches or territories is preferred. N
