Role Description

The Area Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru,



responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration for NoBroker.Com within an assigned territory. The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration for NoBroker.Com’s products and services. Drive territory sales and revenue targets. Responsible for closure of the lead provided. Develop territory-specific sales strategies. Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Sales Executives. Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews. Build customer relationships and resolve escalations. Promote premium plans and value-added services. Identify new business opportunities and local partnerships. Track KPIs, CRM updates, MIS reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
