Production Merchant – Home Décor
nWe are looking for a Production Merchant with 3-5 years of experience in the home décor / manufacturing industry to coordinate orders from confirmation through production and dispatch.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with buyers, production, purchase, quality and dispatch teams.n
- Track orders against committed production and shipment timelines.n
- Ensure raw materials, approvals, specifications and packaging requirements are available on time.n
- Monitor production progress and proactively identify delays or bottlenecks.n
- Coordinate quality inspections and ensure buyer requirements are met.n
- Maintain accurate order and production status updates.n
- Follow up across departments to ensure timely completion and dispatch of orders.n

nRequirements:

- Prior experience in merchandising / production merchandising, preferably in home décor export manufacturing.n
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.n
- Positive understanding of production processes and order management.n
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with multiple orders simultaneously.n
