nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an Editorial Analyst who can turn data, research and industry
ndevelopments into sharp, original and engaging B2B content.
nThis role sits at the intersection of research, data analysis and editorial publishing. You will track developments across student housing, higher education and international student mobility, identify meaningful trends, and translate them into insightful articles, newsletters, reports and LinkedIn content for an industry audience.
nWe are looking for someone who doesn't just report what happened, but can use data and research to explain what it means and why it matters.

nWhat You'll Do
n• Analyse datasets and industry information to identify trends, patterns and emerging themes.
n• Conduct in-depth secondary research using government data, industry reports, regulatory updates, company announcements and other credible sources.
n• Write original analysis pieces, industry insights,
reports and thought-leadership content.
n• Track developments across student housing/PBSA, higher education, international education and student mobility.
n• Translate complex data and research into explicit, compelling narratives for a B2B audience.
n• Curate and produce engaging B2B newsletters, from identifying relevant stories to developing the editorial narrative.
n• Create research-led LinkedIn content around industry trends, data and developments.
n• Identify interesting stories and editorial opportunities from datasets, market movements and sector developments.
n• Work with internal subject-matter experts and other stakeholders to strengthen the quality and accuracy of published content.
n• Coordinate with research, marketing, design and leadership teams to ensure timely publication.
n• Maintain high standards of accuracy, sourcing, originality and editorial quality.
