At PURESTA Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. (SkinQ & SkinQ Rx), we are building fast-growing D2C beauty brands focused on science-backed skincare and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is confident, sales-driven, and passionate about customer conversations and conversions. The role will involve handling customer interactions, generating sales, following up with leads, and achieving defined sales targets.

? Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to drive sales and conversions.
- Engage with potential and existing customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer needs and recommend relevant skincare products.
- Generate sales and consistently achieve monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and customers to maximize conversions and repeat purchases.




- Handle customer objections effectively and convert enquiries into successful orders.
- Communicate product benefits, pricing, offers, and promotions accurately.
- Maintain and update records of leads, calls, conversions, follow-ups, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatches, returns, and issue resolution.
- Track individual sales performance and work towards improving conversion rates and revenue.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Contribute to achieving overall team sales and business growth objectives.

✅ What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Telesales, Customer Sales, or a similar role.
- Preference will be given to female candidates for this role.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving conversions.
- Robust communication, negotiation, convincing, and objection-handling skills.
