Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead business growth, drive revenue, manage sales performance, and develop strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Business Development/Sales team to achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies for new customer acquisition and business growth.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, revenue, and team productivity.




- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and sales training for team members.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop effective business development strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards for management.
- Work closely with Operations and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Handle key client escalations and support the team in closing high-value opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes, policies, and compliance standards.
