About the Role
CGB Solutions is looking for a Technology & SaaS Sales professional to drive new business, develop strategic client relationships, and sell technology solutions and IT consulting services to B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients through multiple channels.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
- Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, Business Leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend relevant SaaS, IT Consulting, Enterprise Application, and Digital Transformation solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, solution discussions, and product demonstrations.
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to develop customized proposals and solutions.




- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, CRM records, forecasts, and activity reports.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technology solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–8 years of experience in Technology Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Services Sales, Software Sales, Solution Sales, or IT Consulting Sales.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, business development, and client acquisition.
- Good understanding of SaaS, cloud, IT services, enterprise applications, or digital transformation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust consultative selling and relationship-management abilities.
- Ability to interact confidently with senior-level stakeholders.
