As we scale, we are looking for a Business & Operations Manager who can take ownership of both business growth and operational execution . This is a role for someone who enjoys building things, solving problems and getting things done — not someone who wants a role limited to managing an existing process.

The RoleWe are looking for a go-getter with robust F&B; industry experience who can help us grow our business across B2B and B2C channels , while ensuring that the operations supporting that growth run smoothly.
The person will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing corporate and institutional relationships, building partnerships, driving sales and ensuring seamless execution from order generation to delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Develop and execute strategies to grow B2B and B2C business .
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients, institutions, offices and other potential customers.




- Build relationships with corporates, event companies, caterers, event planners, corporate cafeterias and food service partners .
- Generate new leads, conduct meetings, make proposals and close business opportunities.
- Develop corporate meal, catering, event and bulk-order opportunities.
- Explore partnerships with relevant F&B; and service businesses to create additional revenue channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat and increased business.
- Track sales pipeline, conversions, revenue and business targets.

Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day business operations involving the kitchen, customer service, order management and delivery teams .
- Ensure that customer orders are delivered on time and as per agreed quality standards.
- Coordinate between sales, kitchen, customer service and delivery teams.
- Plan and manage operations
