n• 5+ years of project delivery experience
n• Experience supporting 3-5+ large-scale enterprise transformation projects
n• SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration experience
n• Finance migration experience
n• SAP deployment cutover planning and execution experience
n• 3+ years of experience with Jira, qTest and ServiceNow
n• Experience coordinating large cross-functional teams (300+ stakeholders)
n• Strong communication and leadership skills
n• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, quick-paced go-live environments
nExperience managing risks, dependencies, and deployment readiness activities
n

nNice to Have Skills & Experience
n

n• Strong understanding of finance processes
n• Chartered Accountant (CA) background or exposure
n• Finance-related degree or coursework
n• SAP S/4HANA Finance certifications
n• Experience with large consumer products/manufacturing organizations such as PepsiCo, Hershey's, or similar enterprises
nProven process improvement and post-cutover optimization experience

n• Coordinate end-to-end cutover planning activities for SAP S/4HANA deployments
n• Represent the finance organization in planning meetings and leadership forums
n• Develop and maintain cutover runbooks, schedules, timelines, and dependency trackers
n• Lead deployment readiness reviews and go-live planning sessions
n• Coordinate activities across multiple finance and technical workstreams
n• Track project milestones and provide executive status updates
n• Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks impacting deployment timelines
n• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners
n• Support command center operations during go-live and hypercare periods
n• Coordinate testing completion and defect remediation efforts
n• Drive continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and process enhancements
n• Manage and coordinate activ
