What You’ll Be Doing
• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, closing)
• Coordinate with clients & internal teams for hiring requirements
• Manage candidate pipelines using CRM / ATS tools
• Support HR operations – payroll coordination, attendance tracking
• Handle employee onboarding & offboarding processes
• Maintain proper HR documentation and compliance
• Ensure smooth communication between candidates, clients, and teams
What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience in IT hiring & recruitment lifecycle
• Valuable communication & coordination skills
• Hands-on experience with CRM / HR tools
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
• Basic knowledge of payroll & HR operations
