Sr.PROJECT ENGINNER-ANDHRA PRADESH-Madaksira

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer (Civil) with 7-8 years of experience in the execution and management of industrial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil and structural works, ensuring quality construction practices, monitoring project progress, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess solid knowledge of structural drawings, RCC works, concrete technology, and industrial construction methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage civil construction activities for industrial projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

Review and interpret structural and civil engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

Execute and monitor RCC works including foundations, pedestals, retaining structures, slabs, beams, and columns.

Ensure proper implementation of concreting activities, including mix design requirements, quality control, curing practices, and testing procedures.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams for smooth project execution.

Monitor site progress and ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.

Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Verify quantities, measurements, and contractor bills as per executed work.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements at the project site.





Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Identify and resolve technical issues related to construction activities.

Participate in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for project execution.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills:-

Strong understanding of industrial construction projects.

Proficient in reading and interpreting structural and civil drawings.

Sound knowledge of RCC construction, shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting activities.

Good understanding of concrete technology, material testing, and quality control procedures.

Familiarity with foundations, structural steel interfaces, and industrial infrastructure works.

Knowledge of construction sequencing, site planning, and execution methodologies.

Software Skills:-

AutoCAD

MS Excel

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Problem-solving and decision-making capability.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.

Strong focus on quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Preferred Experience

Experience in industrial projects such as manufacturing plants, warehouses, process industries, power plants, renewable energy projects, or large-scale infrastructure developments.

Exposure to contractor management, site coordination, and project execution from foundation to handover.
