Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering / MBA or relevant management qualification preferred.

Experience: *Min 20+ years of Aftersales / Service Experience in the Automobile Industry.*

*Job Summary:*
Lead the overall aftersales service business, driving workshop revenue and profitability, improving customer satisfaction, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring operational excellence across dealership locations.

*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Develop and execute service plans to achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue and profitability targets.
2. Drive growth in labour revenue, workshop throughput, value-added services, and customer retention
3. Lead and manage dealership service operations and teams across locations.
4. Establish KPIs for productivity, efficiency, utilization, TAT, repeat repairs, and customer satisfaction.
5. Drive customer retention, service reminders, follow-ups, and loyalty initiatives.
