Rrayze Business Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to support structured financial planning, performance evaluation, and commercial decision-making. The role will work closely with business and finance stakeholders to translate financial information into practical insights and help teams operate with stronger visibility into performance.

Responsibilities

- Build, maintain, and improve financial models for business planning, forecasting, and decision support.
- Support the annual operating plan (AOP), budgeting cycles, forecast updates, and management reporting.
- Perform variance analysis by comparing actual results with budgets, forecasts, and prior-period performance.
- Investigate key business drivers, identify trends, and present clear explanations and recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and support informed decisions.
- Prepare concise reports, dashboards,



and presentations for leadership and business reviews.

Requirements

- Relevant experience in financial modelling, AOP, budgeting, variance analysis, and business partnering.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Comfort working independently in a contract-based setting with changing priorities.
- Advanced spreadsheet and financial reporting skills are expected; experience with business intelligence tools is an advantage.

This is a contract engagement based in Sector 49, Gurgaon, Haryana, with a duration of 3 to 6 months. The selected professional will receive an annualized compensation range of ₹4–6 LPA, subject to the agreed contract terms.
