Role : Business AnalystRole Summary : We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the Information Technology team. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and vendors to deliver high-quality technology solutions. Candidates with knowledge of Capital Markets domain will be preferred.Key Responsibilities : - Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow documentation.- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings.- Coordinate with business users, development teams, QA teams, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.- Support system development, testing,
