Key Responsibilities:

1. Connect with parents and adult learners to schedule impactful 1:1 video counseling sessions.
2. Conduct consultative, solution-oriented counseling sessions to understand learner needs, address objections, and guide decision-makers toward enrollment.
3. Own the complete sales cycle from the first interaction through follow-ups to successful closures while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
4. Build strong relationships with prospective customers and maintain consistent engagement to maximize conversions.
5. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
