About the job

We are looking for an experienced Educational Counselor to drive enrollments for our Online MBA program. The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, have strong communication skills, experience in lead generation, and the ability to manage clients effectively throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Counsel prospective students for Online MBA programs through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
2. Convert leads into successful enrollments.
3. Manage and nurture prospective students from initial inquiry through final admission.
4. Handle lead generation, follow-ups, and closures.
5. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
6. Maintain accurate student records and client data in CRM systems.
7. Build long-term relationships with students to ensure satisfaction.

7. Experience in online or distance education sales, preferably MBA programs.
