Heaven Nova Talent Solutions is hiring a Customer Support Executive – Chat Process to join a customer-focused operations team in Ahmedabad. This opportunity is open to freshers and experienced candidates who enjoy helping customers, communicating clearly, and resolving service-related concerns.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and requests through chat with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Provide clear written resolutions and guide customers through appropriate service processes.
- Support service-related and sales-related interactions while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Record relevant interaction details and follow established quality and process guidelines.
- Maintain customer-friendly communication across 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts when scheduled.





Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Qualification: 10+3 Diploma, HSC, or any graduate qualification.
- Solid written and spoken English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with chat-based systems.
- Good customer-handling, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work five days a week in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.

The position is based in Ahmedabad and includes a night shift allowance, one-way cab facility, PF, insurance, gratuity, growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
