Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain master schedules for production planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and resource availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize efficiency.
- Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and supply chain performance to inform scheduling decisions.
- Ensure accurate master data management by maintaining up-to-date product information, including specifications, pricing, and lead times.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in master scheduling or a related field (e.g., demand planning).
- Robust understanding of SAP FICO systems and ability to leverage them for scheduling purposes.
- Proven track record in developing effective master plans that balance customer demands with production capacity constraints.
