Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Test Data Management (TDM) Analyst with robust expertise in test data provisioning, synthetic data generation, and data masking. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing enterprise TDM processes, driving automation initiatives, and implementing scalable test data solutions to support functional, integration, and performance testing across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and assess existing enterprise Test Data Management processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, and implement automated self-service test data generation and provisioning solutions using tools such as GenRocket, K2View, Delphix, Broadcom TDM, or similar platforms.
- Define and implement synthetic test data generation strategies to reduce dependency on production data and improve test coverage.
- Perform data masking, subsetting, and obfuscation activities while ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Application Development, and Data Engineering teams to enable seamless test data provisioning across environments.
- Support functional, regression, integration, and performance testing initiatives through efficient test data availability.
- Recommend TDM best practices, standards, and process improvements based on stakeholder feedback and business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues impacting testing activities.
- Create and maintain documentation for TDM processes, workflows, automation frameworks, and operational procedures.




- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on test data quality, automation, and governance.

Required Skills Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Provisioning, Synthetic Data Generation, and Data Masking.
- Strong hands-on experience with TDM tools such as:
- GenRocket
- K2View
- IBM Optim
- Delphix
- Broadcom TDM
- Or equivalent TDM platforms

- Experience in synthetic test data creation, data masking, data obfuscation, and data subsetting techniques.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database querying.
- Hands-on experience with databases such as:

- Oracle
- SQL Server
- PostgreSQL
- Snowflake

- Understanding of relational database concepts, data models, and data lineage.
- Experience supporting testing teams in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise data environments.
- Familiarity with data governance, regulatory compliance, and privacy standards.
- Experience in performance testing support and enterprise test environments.
