The role includes managing production operations, quality, process optimisation, manpower, utilities consumption, maintenance coordination, and achieving production targets while ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
Preferred candidate profile
B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
812 years of experience in starch processing or starch derivatives manufacturing.
Robust knowledge of enzymatic conversion, evaporation, hydrogenation, drying, and food quality systems.
