Job Title : Associate Recruitment and Development Manager (ARDM)
Job Summary: Responsible for recruiting, developing and activating insurance agents while achieving assigned business and recruitment targets. Build strong agent and customer relationships
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard insurance agents.
- Build and maintain a strong agent pipeline
- Train and support agents to improve performance
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business and recruitment targets
- Build strong relationships with agents and clients
Criteria
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in sales
- Age 20 to 40 years
- Valuable communication skills
- Strong sourcing, recruitment and relationship-management skills.
- Result oriented with sales/business development ability
- Good knowledge of the local market
