Job Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure.
- Lead a team of network engineers and coordinate daily activities.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, firewalls and Wi-Fi.
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, DHCP, DNS, OSPF and BGP.
- Manage VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN and Internet connectivity.
- Monitor network performance, availability and uptime.
- Handle L2/L3 escalations, critical incidents and network outages.
- Conduct RCA and implement preventive actions.
- Manage network changes, upgrades and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with ISP, OEM and external vendors.
- Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and maintain operational reports.
- Maintain network diagrams, SOPs and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with IT security teams for firewall and network-security requirements.
- Follow ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management processes. LinkedIn
