Role & responsibilities
Note : Candidate form Rubber Industry is preferred
1 The monitoring of Inprocess Inspection daily basis.
2 Responsible for activity of NPD as CFT team member
3 Responsible for IPRP documents (i.e. stricter In process inspection etc.)
4 Conduct daily quality meetings and highlight the daily issues in the same with the proper actions.
5 Analysis of any quality issue raise with help of CFT.
6 Monitor Internal rejections.
7 As 4M Controller monitor the 4M change with Inprocess inspection and maintain the evidences
Of it.
8 Prepare the Inspection & Packing guideline.
9 Conduct Product Audit & Process audit.
10 Monitor Quality indicators.
