Job Title: L&D; Trainer Recruitment

Shift Timings : 9.30 AM – 6.30 PM (Mon – Fri)Saturday – 8.30 AM – 1.30 PM

Location : KPHB - 6th Phase - Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions for new and existing recruiters on end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Develop training modules on sourcing, screening, interviewing, ATS usage, candidate engagement, and offer management.
- Assess training needs and skill gaps within the recruitment team.
- Create engaging presentations, learning materials, and real-time case studies.
- Drive continuous learning initiatives to improve recruiter productivity.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching/feedback.




- Collaborate with HR leadership to improve training effectiveness and hiring outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience as an L&D; Trainer, Recruitment Trainer, HR Trainer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring best practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to design structured training content (PPTs, SOPs, handbooks, role plays).
- Positive analytical and coaching abilities.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms preferred.
