About the Role

Huemot Technology Private Limited is looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage IT recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring technical professionals and supporting employee lifecycle and HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

IT Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, especially Salesforce Developers and other technical roles. Source experienced candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements. Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

HR Operations

Handle onboarding, joining formalities, employee documentation, and induction. Manage employee records, attendance,



leave, and HRMS updates. Coordinate payroll inputs and support other day-to-day HR activities. Handle employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives. Assist with HR policies, performance management, and HR MIS reports.

Required Skills Experience

0-2 years of experience in HR, IT Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations. Valuable understanding of end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements and HR responsibilities independently.

Qualification

Bachelors degree in any discipline.
