We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development qualified to drive client acquisition and business growth for our recruitment consultancy. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential corporate clients, generating recruitment requirements, building strong HR relationships, and converting prospects into active clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Recruitment / Staffing / RPO services.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, references, networking, and other business development channels.
- Identify companies with active hiring requirements across BPO, IT/ITES, BFSI, F&A;, Healthcare, Engineering, and other sectors.
- Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, HR Managers, Recruitment Managers, Business HR, and Procurement teams.
- Introduce the company's recruitment capabilities, industry expertise, and hiring solutions.
- Understand client hiring requirements, manpower plans, skill requirements, locations, and recruitment timelines.
- Obtain Job Descriptions (JDs) and active vacancies from prospective and existing clients.




- Prepare and share company profiles, recruitment proposals, commercials, and service agreements.
- Negotiate recruitment fees, payment terms, replacement clauses, and commercial agreements with clients.
- Convert prospective leads into active recruitment accounts.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely submission of quality candidates.
- Track client feedback and ensure successful closure of requirements.
- Follow up on submitted profiles, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular business development MIS/reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new clients, requirements, revenue, and collections.
- Identify opportunities for expanding services such as RPO, bulk hiring, contract staffing, executive search, and permanent recruitment.
